Welcome to Our School

Welcome to U-GRO Learning Centre in Hummelstown, PA! Proudly serving the Hershey community since 2000, our school is conveniently located just off Route 322. Our state-of-the-art campus includes an Early Development Center for Infants and Toddlers, as well as an adjacent Discovery Center thoughtfully designed for Preschool and school-age children.

We are excited to share that our school has earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)—a distinguished recognition that reflects our commitment to delivering the highest quality early learning experiences.

We offer flexible full- and part-time programs for children ages six weeks through eight years. Our dedicated and experienced teachers engage in ongoing professional development throughout the year, ensuring each child benefits from best practices in early childhood education.

Marin Culton, Director

Education: Associate’s Degree in Early Care and Education

Certifications: Infant/Toddler Mental Health Endorsement, CPR and First Aid

I bring 15 years of experience in the early childhood field and hold an Associate’s degree in Early Care and Education. For the past three years, I have served in a leadership role, supporting teachers, children, and families. I am deeply passionate about working with children, as their curiosity and enthusiasm make each day meaningful. Partnering with families is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work, allowing us to collaborate in supporting each child’s growth and success.

Education: BA English, MA English Literature

Certifications: Certified in All Age Groups, First Aid/CPR

Hello and welcome to U-Gro, Hershey! Originally from Maryland, I relocated to the Harrisburg area in April 2023. I bring 17 years of experience in early childhood education and have been with LCG since 2011. I began my career as an Infant/Toddler Teacher and later advanced to the role of Assistant Director. I truly love what I do—working closely with children, educators, and families each day is incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to building a strong partnership with your family.

Education: Master’s in Education

I hold a Master’s degree in Education and bring over 10 years of experience in the childcare field, including three years in leadership. I am passionate about supporting children’s development, partnering with families, and mentoring educators to create a nurturing, high-quality learning environment. I am proud to be part of a team dedicated to helping every child grow and thrive.
