Welcome to Our School

Welcome to our wonderful U-GRO Learning Centre here in Lititz, PA! My name is Emily Hepfer, and I bring over eight years of experience in early childhood education. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive, and I’m committed to supporting growth in both our children and our community.

Our Brethren Village school offers full- and part-time educational daycare options in Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School-Age programs. All programs are led by our dedicated team of teachers, who participate in ongoing training to stay ahead in the field of early education. We’re also very proud to have earned a 4-star rating from Keystone STARS!

Education: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education

With over eight years in early childhood education, I have focused on nurturing young minds and building strong family relationships. Starting in the two year old class, I deepened my understanding of child development. My commitment to growth, both in children and in our community, drives everything I do.

Jennifer Webb, Assistant Director

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education

Having started working in early childhood education in 1997, I have had the joy of watching many children grow up and getting to help them learn along the way. I enjoy learning about each child and seeing them experience and discover so many new things. I have taught all age groups in an early childhood setting, and enjoy getting to spend time with all the children in our care while supporting their families and our teachers.
