Welcome to Our School

Welcome to our wonderful U-GRO Learning Centre here in Lititz, PA! My name is Jessica and I am proud to be the director of this center. I have 12 years of experience, hold a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, and am the mother of 2 children.

Our Brethren Village center offers several different full- and part-time options in our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School-Age programs. All programs are taught by our wonderful team of teachers. Each staff member at our center participates in different training opportunities throughout the year to ensure we are staying ahead in the field of early education.

Jessica Bailey, Director

Education: Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education

I have 12 years of experience in early childhood education with time spent as a lead teacher and mentor while in the classroom. When teaching, I worked with preschool students ages 3-5 in different programs such as Head Start, Pre-k Counts, and private care. I grew to love not only teaching my students but supporting my peers, which lead me to develop more knowledge in Leadership. I am thrilled to be a part of the U-GRO Family at Brethren Village and look forward to many more years.
