Welcome to Our School
Welcome to U-GRO here in Lancaster, PA! We are proud to have been chosen to serve as the child care operator at HACC's Lancaster campus since 2008. My name is Brittany and I'm the center director. I've been a part of the U-GRO team since 2017 and have my degree in early childhood education.
Our early learning center offers full- and part-time options in each of our programs, including Infant Care, Toddler, and Preschool. Our center is open to all HACC students, faculty, and staff, as well as our general Lancaster community!
Each program is taught by our talented team of teachers. Every staff member participates in training opportunities throughout the year to ensure we stay current in the field of early childhood education.

Education: Early Elementary Education Degree
I have worked in the early childhood development field since 2017. I started as a Pre-K teacher and then a Preschool teacher and have worked my way up to be able to serve our community by training and supporting our amazing teachers today. I take pride in our center and our incredible team and I look forward to being able to continue to grow and develop in this field so that I may serve all of the families that come through our doors.
