Welcome to Our School
Welcome to U-GRO Learning Centre in Hummelstown, PA! Since 2000, we’ve been proud to be part of the Hershey community, conveniently located just off Route 322. Our state-of-the-art campus features an Early Development Center for Infants and Toddlers, along with an adjacent Discovery Center designed especially for Preschool and older children.
We’re also excited to share that our school has recently earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) — a recognition of our commitment to providing the highest-quality early learning experiences.
At U-GRO Hummelstown, we offer both full- and part-time programs for children ages six weeks through eight years. Our experienced teachers participate in ongoing training throughout the year, ensuring that every child benefits from the latest best practices in early education.

Marin Culton, Director
Education: Associate’s degree in Early Care and Education
Certifications: Infant/Toddler Mental Health Endorsement, CPR and First Aid
I have worked in the early childhood field for 15 years and hold an Associate’s degree in Early Care and Education. For the past three years, I’ve been in a leadership role, supporting teachers, children, and families. I love working with children because their curiosity and excitement make every day meaningful. Partnering with families is one of the greatest joys of my work, as it allows us to nurture each child’s growth and success together.

Hello and welcome to U-Gro, Hershey! I am from Maryland, originally, and moved to the Harrisburg-area in April of 2023. I have been with Learning Care Group since 2011. I started as an Infant/Toddler teacher, then was promoted to Assistant Director, and now am Associate Director! I love what I do! Being able to interact with the children, teachers, and families everyday makes this job so rewarding and enjoyable. I look forward to getting to know you and your child(ren)!
