A safer day, every step of the way
Here are the protocols we are implementing in our centers for the health and safety of our children and team members.

Prevent
- Hand sanitizing stations are located at the entrance of all U-GRO centers
- Social distancing is observed at the entrance during drop-off and pick-up, designated by social distancing markings
- Parent access is limited to the center’s lobby as a U-GRO team member escorts children to and from their classrooms
- Class sizes remain small
- Children and team members must wash their hands upon arrival and throughout their day
- Masks are worn by all of our team members
- Children ages 2 and older who are able to remove a face mask without assistance are encouraged to wear a mask. If a mask is unable to be placed safely on a child’s face, a mask should not be worn and a child will not be forced to wear the mask.
Screen
- Children and team members’ temperatures are taken daily upon arrival
- Children are sent home if they are displaying symptoms or if fever exceeds threshold
- Children, parents, and team members are required to report symptoms of illness and stay home when sick
