Parent Reviews at U-GRO Hempfield

Families trust us to care for, nurture, and support their children during these important early years. Let them tell you why.

Enrolled Family

"We recently moved and had to change daycares. We wanted to stay within the UGRO family of daycares. This one stuck out to us immediately as the right choice. During our meeting with the director, she was so caring towards the students and is very clearly passionate about what she does for a living. She is an absolutely incredible director. The consistency that my child experiences at this location compared to our prior location is unmatched. She has the same teachers every single day, is kept in a great routine, and loves her class. The amount of updates we get via the app, whether it be meal updates or photos/videos of what they are doing, is incredible. I feel like I am with my child because I get to see everything she's doing throughout the day. We couldn't be happier to be at the UGRO Hempfield location and I will recommend that to everyone I know looking for a daycare facility."

This school has been amazing! The teachers (especially Miss Kayla, Steviesue, and Keyana) and director Courtney are very kind and loving. They got to know our toddler very well in a short amount of time. They take AMAZING care of her. She’s so happy there. We came from a terrible daycare experience at an entirely different school and were skeptical of giving another daycare a chance but we felt so welcomed on the first day and could not be happier. They provide special accommodations as needed for my daughter and I know they do the same for others. They are very flexible. The app is great! It’s very clean. The playgrounds are awesome. We have nothing bad to say about this school.

Being that he was home with me for the first year and change, this was a BIG transition. He has been with U-GRO for just over a month and the improvement I've seen already in his skills/confidence levels is pretty incredible. He's gotten so comfortable at the center, he's becoming very independent there and explorative and its been so wonderful to watch. His teachers are incredible, too. They are always sharing new skills and stories with us and I know if he's ever having a rough day, they are so incredibly warm and supportive towards him. They know what to do to console him and make him feel at ease. I'm so grateful that when I drop him off, I don't have a pit in the bottom of my stomach. I'm excited for him and all the things he'll get to do that day while he's there. Its been a wonderful expereince so far!
