Big hellos from U‑GRO Rohrerstown, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, daycare and preschool open since January 2021. We are near Rohrerstown Elementary School, Saint Leo the Great School, and Aldi. Our school stands accredited by NAEYC.
Our youngest learners join us in Infants, Toddlers, and Twos, and older children continue in Preschool and Pre-K, with Before and After School Care for school-age families. We serve ages 6 weeks to 7 years. We work with third-party tuition assistance; just ask on your tour. Primary caregiving is at the heart of Learn from the Start®, our infant curriculum, and Learn as We Grow® for Toddlers through Pre-K shares learning through child portfolios, like Pre-K children designing wind-powered machines and racing them.
Children can join Soccer, which encourages children to learn soccer skills and share the fun with friends. We have bussing connections with Centerville Elementary School and Rohrerstown Elementary School. Families stay connected through SproutAbout®, which shares real-time photos, video, and care updates, and livestreaming video lets you drop in on class.
We serve healthy meals and snacks with a lot of variety, and we let curiosity lead the way to new foods. Children can enjoy their day with peace of mind because we treat safety as a daily promise to families. We would love to meet you; tour U‑GRO Rohrerstown at 2301 Noll Dr, Lancaster, PA 17603.

At U-GRO Rohrerstown, our Learn as We Grow approach helps children build the skills and confidence they need for a successful transition to kindergarten. Through intentional play, hands-on exploration, and personalized learning experiences, children develop early literacy, math, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills. In the event of an evacuation, families will be notified by phone as soon as possible and may be asked to pick up their child at a designated evacuation site.
At U-GRO Rohrerstown, we follow health and illness guidelines to maintain a safe, healthy learning environment for every child. Families should keep children home when they show signs of contagious illness or are unable to comfortably participate in daily activities. If a child becomes ill during the school day, they will be cared for separately, supervised by a staff member, and their family will be contacted for pickup. Children may return once they have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours.
At U-GRO Rohrerstown, children are required to be up to date on their immunizations before enrollment, in accordance with applicable state requirements. Families must provide an immunization record verified by a healthcare professional that includes their child's vaccination history and dates. Updated records should be submitted as children receive additional vaccinations or booster shots.
