Meet Our Staff

Emily Hepfer, Director

Education: Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education

Since joining U-GRO in 2017, I have been dedicated to creating an environment where children, families, and teachers feel supported and valued. I began my career in the two-year-old classroom, where I built a strong foundation in child development, and have since grown into leadership roles. I am passionate about mentoring teachers, supporting families, building a strong school community, and helping every child learn, grow, and thrive.
