Transparency & Communication
We value transparency and relationships. As a U-GRO team member, your feedback will be heard and valued. Our quarterly survey allows you to tell us what we’re doing well and where we can improve. With regular team member feedback, leadership is able to take action and implement ongoing positive changes. Our monthly newsletter, U-Connect, is another way we maintain transparency and share with you what is happening across our 13 centers. The newsletter highlights:
