Coming this July, U-GRO is bringing superior quality childcare and early childhood education to Rohrerstown, Lancaster County. This brand-new childcare center offers full- and part-time programs for children 6 weeks to 8 years old, two to five days per week. The Rohrerstown center will be at 2301 Noll Drive, across from Rohrerstown Elementary School, and is expected to add 30-plus teacher and related jobs to the area.
“The Lancaster area is growing, and so is the need for U-GRO’s exceptional learning experiences,” said Greg Holsinger, president and CEO of the family-owned company. “We’ve been in the region for more than 40 years, and this new center will allow us to provide the best possible start in life for even more children in south-central Pennsylvania.”
Scheduled for a mid-July opening, the center will contain 10 classrooms — one for infants, five for toddlers and four for preschoolers — to accommodate up to 148 children. It will feature a 13,500 square foot state-of-the-art outdoor playground, as well as an indoor gym with 2,000 square feet of play space.
Enrollment for the new center is open now and tours are being scheduled for prospective families. For more information on the new center and to take the virtual tour, visit our Rohrerstown location page.
