"I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I enjoy working with your staff and directors. I certify over 2,000 people a year (in pediatric first aid) and without a doubt the staff at U-Gro are the most professional group of child care providers of any of the 75 centers I provide training to. Your centers are spacious, clean and organized. Your directors go out of their way to make sure I have everything necessary to conduct the training. Your employees are always attentive, ask questions and never appear to be bored or inattentive. Saturday was the last of four scheduled classes and was conducted at the Bent Creek center in Lititz. The snow started falling shortly after we began the class and I had some concern that the participants would be pre-occupied with the snow and getting home before it worsened. I truly was amazed at these 14 individuals. I probably spent more time glancing out the window than any of them. They were typical U-Gro staff. Attentive, asked questions and stayed focused on the training through completion. I hope you share this with your administrative staff and center directors.
